Overview
People have been journaling for thousands of years to calm themselves, gain mental clarity, and accomplish their goals. Journaling helps us solidify our thinking so we can better express our thoughts to others.

Format
Each day, for 28 days, you will watch a short video lesson — about 4 minutes on average — and complete a mind-expanding journaling exercise.

Methodology
In designing this class, we began with scientific reviews of learning techniques, habit formation, and mindfulness. Next, we studied the role of journaling amongst ancient stoics, modern day leaders, and everyday people. Finally, we incorporated years of cognitive psychology and neuroscience research into the class.

Prep
The tools needed for this class will depend on whether you feel more comfortable journaling digitally or with pen/paper. An entire lesson during the first week of this class is actually devoted to this very topic. You might enjoy trying both methods, so we recommend having a journal and writing instrument ready before beginning this class.
